My package according to FedEx ex has been sitting in Memphis for 8 days ?????

Overnight packages 10 days late so far. The stuff I got delivered today has been rained on all day. Can’t track anything accurately. Piss poor!!!

Worst shipping company by far that I've ever used. 3 packages in a row were "undeliverable". They don't tell you why. They wouldn't even let me deal with it. I has to call the shipper. Use UPS or USPS.

I've had meds that was expedited out since feb 10 and it still in Memphis were its been since the 11th if fed ex can't do better than this they need not to be delivering anything im now having to restart this med slowly when it arrives or if it does arrive im not a happy camper at this moment and my husband sure aint makes you wonder if fed ex is a company that delivers. Please release my package to ups they do deliver on time

WORST System EVER you never know when your going to receive a package overnight delivery fails every time it says after 8:00 pm I stay up till midnight with no updates I have to sign for it! Now it shows the next morning at 6:00 AM it’s still in a sorting facility. With no idea of when I can expect it! This is the second time this has happened. Terrible tracking, for gods sake I can go to pick up a package at target and they know when I pull in to the parking lot. FED EX needs to up their tracking process!

First off I receive an automated phone call and automatically leaves a voice mail saying: 1) a package was sent from a mysterious name I dont know 2) I have a border fees to pay as high as the package I paid 3) seemingly looks legit with the tracking number they left 4) but no link to make the payment 5) customer service needs improvement and lacks empathy

Does not provide intermediate updates. After 5 days the only indication is that it left the facility it was shipped from.

Whomever is running your logistics is totally clueless. Anytime you try to find your package, all you get is very little in reply. Absolutely frustrating. If you can't deliver one package even close to on time, why are you doing this!! My 3 - 5 day delivery is now going on 16 days and still no tracking available. Extremely poor customer service!
