Wrist deleverly people around. Have had a package that was to deliver a package to me since the 24th of Feb. I have not yet gotten my package. I would never use this company again. They are not trustworthy at all.

Had a ENDORSED CHECK priority overnighted on Feb 8th is now the 26th and now check. My entire business is shut down pr now due to lack of capitol. FEDEX replies due to weather.. the weather has been cleared up for 9 days now. Not to mention. The offer of a refund has never been made due to covid. Everyone o talk to is obviously trained to do nothing more than deflect or divert the complaints rather than address them. WILL NEVER USE FED EX AGAIN!

Someone said time is money, if you need efficiency and reliability, then choose FedEx, they are excellent at what they do and have been doing it for a long time. I said Mc Donald's are everywhere, but check out FedEx, they are worldwide, delivering the world on time. So choose FedEx, you will be impress.

I NEVER received my package because they obviously delivered to the WRONG address . Now I’m out of $76 and do not have my product and can’t get any help from anyone to see where the package went to. This is ridiculous!

My package was supposed to be delivered today. It took 2 days for good old unreliable FedEx to get it from Florida all the way to Tennessee! Great job! At this rate, I might get it by mid March. You didn't deserve even one star, but I had to give you that so I could leave a comment.

When you pay $129.14 for a delivery to be delivered on the day they tell it will be and then it doesn’t arrive. Why? Why charge for something that doesn’t happen. I understand weather and conditions but if that’s the case then don’t give a darn date. When does it matter to you to keep customers happy. I could have paid $44 and used the post office and it would have arrived on time. I will not make this mistake again. Thanks for overcharging and under promising. Using the post office in the future

They will keep your package pending over weather even if the weather is clear

FedEx is consistently late. I can count on them for this.
