Terrible service. My package is 6 days late and no tracking info showing. No means to find out where it is. No help available from Fed Ex.

Package still at same location after a month??? Not acceptable

Site stated package was on truck out for delivery, I had to stay home all day to sign for it and they never came. Now the next day again I have to wait WTF this is no way to do business. You sent me a text notification stating delivery date tell me you need my signature then never show up or text there is a problem. Grrrrrrate business model!!!!!!!

My package has been in Charlotte since Monday. No movement since. Today is Thursday. WTH.

Package was sent Tuesday didn't you last week delivery was guaranteed last Thursday here it is a week later still hasn't even left Norfolk Virginia if they can't deliver the damn thing they should at least contact me so I can go pick it up and ship it by other means. I understand the weather but the weather is not terrible in Florida it hasn't been terrible here for several days. Will never use FedEx again

I would give them zero stars but it’s not an option they are literally the worst don’t even bother to wait for you to open the door and gave my package to a stranger. Hope y’all go bankrupt or something

In the past, FedEx has always been superior to it's " brown" competitor, but they have certainly dropped the ball on 2 recent shipments. Granted these were in Minnesota when the winter storm that hit Texas hit them there, but to go 6 days with no updates on status is AWFUL !!! Even USPS does much better than that now. It takes a whole bunch of "atta' boys" to make up for 2 "aw doodies". Hopefully this is not a continuing pattern, and they can correct the issues that resulted in these instances.

Paid a premium to get a fast service. But its turning out every bad. .... It was a 2 day service... But know its the 6 th day and still not at its distention after 6 days ...... Not good at all

FedEx stole $100.00 from me !!! Paid for overnight delivery and the package hasn't moved in over a week ,not a penny of my money even considered to be reimbursed for not fulfilling the service it said it would

Never delivers on the date it is supposed to. Even when paying to have overnight delivery it still doesn't arrive on time and you get no explanation or refund. Lousy service!
