An over night delivery is now going on day 4 with no delivery date in sight. Need I say more?

Ordered a part February 14th paid for shipping Next Day Air which would have been February 16th at 11 a.m. delivery at AutoZone never showed up claim weather delays today is now February 24th still not here was stalking Reno Nevada for nearly seven or eight days move today I called to Memphis Tennessee been in Memphis Tennessee for 8 hours and was told it would be here said it would be here after all said and done because of bad weather February 24th at 11 a.m. at AutoZone still not here it is in Memphis Tennessee FedEx do not pay for next day shipping they will not reimburse you they will not take charge of their cost they blame it on the weather blame it on their customer terrible business

An overnight delivery is still traveling 5 days later. Fed-ex have not even acknowledged non-delivery.

My package is MIA, several days late as per my host for Pampered Chef party. 00974457088358 I’d love to know where this really is...

My package was supposed to be delivered today at noon and it still isn't there

My package was shipped on 02/20 and the tracking app said that it will arrive 02/18. Time travel? On 02/23 at 11:30 am it was loaded on the delivery truck. But the delivery notice said it was delivered at 9:04 same day. Again time travel? Btw I still haven't received anything and now fighting against the automated phone system which is no big help at all.

Left my package in a puddle of water! Box and content was soaked. Not very impressed.

Sorry to say I'm not happy with FEDX right now.!

I'm very disappointed that I haven't received my package for an over night. Its been a week and still hasn't arrived. I understand the fact that we hgv have had some bad weather but a week is inexcusable.

I am a diabetic. I was supposed to get my transmitter overnight by Feb 18th. It was ordered on Feb 13th but said it was delayed by FedEx in San Diago. I called Dexcom on the 22nd. It said it was still in San Diego, CA. They overnighted me a new transmitter by overnight mail yesterday. It says the NEW TRACKING # is still in San Diego. Damn it, I'm a diabetic. I NEED MY EQUIPMENT. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SIGNATURE VERIFIED. I HAVE STAYED HOME FOR DAYS WAITING. I WOULD GIVE 0 RATING IG I COULD.

I have never been jerked around & lied to as I have by fedex. There's no way this company will still be in business in a year if you treat half your customers the way I've been treated. My package would be delivered yesterday, no package,. This morning again i was told my package is in Chattanooga & would be delivered today. I just checked your tracking which shows my package is in Memphis. Somebody is lying !

Fedex has terrible delivery.Ive been waiting 8 days for a package that should have been here.And the site dont give enough tracking information to let you know when or around what time.Servuce is very poor.I could have recieved my package through USPS quicker than this.Because I have done so before.This is totally unacceptable.Rediculous

The worst delivery service of them all in my opinion. Parcels constantly late and poor delivery updates. I would not use this company to deliver to my customers! I am always frustrated with companies who use this service to send me my items despite continued problems.
