Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Still has not been delivered

Didn't come to TEXAS. went to Michigan

Very poor customer service. Very hard to get a live person. Then they put you on eternal hold and dont call back at all like they said they would. My husband's meds are still in Limbo somewhere and no response from GedEx

My package not delivered so mad rubbish service must say no text or phone call to say when delivery

Terrible lack of service still waiting 2 days later for my parcel when was meant to be next day delivery so angry

Too bad after I checked day by day. Today is 13 Feb, and the tracking record still showing 9 feb. The worst is the parcel sent on 26 Jan and still not yet arrive the target location. Too bad service! Victor

I ordered something and fedex was in charge of delivery my package that I paid for a month ago first they said that the package was delivered and signed for but that was not the case I never received it. Now it was guaranteed that I would have my package on 2-12-21 by the end of the day I have lost out on 2 days of pay from the previous day they said it was signed for and then 2-12-21 now they saying I have to wait on 2-15-21 for it to be delivered by end of day that’s 3 days of pay I will have lost and I’m not very happy about it I have to loose money because there driver lost my first package and then the dispatch office /shipping department dnt know what day it will be there they have given me two different days I’m beyond unsatisfied with this

I don't understand why my package went has to go from Kansas to Springfield to Texas to get to kingfisher Oklahoma my package has traveled more than 3x the distance needed to get here needlessly

horrible service rate as a 0...wouldn't let me give 0 stars so had to pick one..horrible service! beware.

Seems that FedEx leaves packages for 4 or 5 days at one location before it ships out of there.

FedEx is a lousy delivery service they either deliver to the wrong address or has no concept of on time delivery

If I could give a zero I would.

I was suppose to have my package the 10th of February. Today is the 13th of February I still don't have it and don't know where it is!!!

Service with a smile and package delivered right on time.
