my package was supposed to arrive yesterday....I still don't know where it is.

Package is days late with no notification when I track it on a map it says it's sitting in Niagara Square

I really mad because the package need to be in home by Sunday ,,already is Tuesday ,,!!,it's crazy this service

You need to be more specific about at least approximate delivery times. "Sometime today" is not helpful.

My package was not delivered to me. It went to Illinois instead of Cincinnati, Ohio. Also the wrong signature was given. It did not match the delivery name.

I ordered 2 tires out of California one of the two showed up on time i was told the second would be here 3 days later and guess what it isnt here i order products online all the time and use ups with no issues i absolutely will never use fedex again

Absolutely zero stars. Anywhere in the entire country, when FEDEX has had a delivery for me, they have dropped the ball. I received a package on Sunday, 2day'r from 1,000 miles away. Now, I sit waiting for a MOST important package, from 50 miles away, paid for 2 day delivery, won't get it until Tue or Wed. Absolutely the worst delivery company Ive EVER dealt with. If you have something you NEED delivered ON TIME, call elsewhere. FedEx doesn't care where your package is, nor if you get it. Trucks run 7 days wk here, I know for a fact, but MY simple envelope sits not moving since Friday. No person answers at the hub. I'm SURE there will be an excuse with no apology.

They are really rude they don’t give you the proper information especially if you’re sending medication to Mexico or any place around the world

The worst company to send anything through they don't have a freaking clue on how to deliver. I'm a trucker who has had to go get my own stuff because they're so incompetent

My package’s not delivered

Keeps delivering to my mail box on rural rd can be taken by any passer by. Needs to deliver to my house , driveway is flat but 500 ft from the road and mailbox

Still waiting for my parcel or any updates after sending me a text it was being delivered the next day. Daily updates would greatly improve this service. Still no idea when I'm going to get it. Looks like it has gone back to the depot for some reason yesterday.
