not a good service to use. Very slow. I guess I should have done it myself. It would have been faster to drive across the states and pick it up myself.

Absolutely zero customer service. Did not reply to my inquiry. Delivered one of 3 cartons under one tracking number. No extra explanation written or packing slip or otherwise. There is not many angles to cover delivering packages...and their lack of customer service is unacceptable.

The site tells me where my package is at but doesn't tell me when it's expected to arrive. As a business owner I would like to tell me customers when I can start there job. I expect fedex to be late and sometimes damaged. At least then I have someone to blame but being in the dark about arriving times is shady business.

I told the driver to leave packages against the wall so they don't get stolen just yesterday but this afternoon my package was not there.my package was worth a lot of money and I can't afford this loss

Have been waiting since Fri Jan 22 for delivery of pkg can't seem to get a straight answer of WHEN it will arrive, ticked off to say the least. Next time I'll use snail mail. USPS

We sent a package on Dec 18th to Victoria from Ottawa. As of January 24th it has still not arrived and despite countless inquiries on line and by telephone, FedEx is of no assistance. Disorganized and completely useless. And, we out $800.00.
