Love them. Always on time.

Waited all day but package not delivered, was informed they were here at 2:45 but that was a lie never left a note. Supposed now to be delivered today Saturday sometime so another day waiting.

I placed an order and FedEx did not start the shipping process of my package till I made call to both FedEx and the place I ordered it from. I would like to know why it was picked up from the shipper late or not at all and then notified that my package had shipped.

I have a 2 package from India I called for last 3 days to get my package but no one response they said I will call u later but no one call me bcz I need it urgent on Friday I call again and said I want my package immediately then they said one package still in Singapore I called 3 days no one let me know before one package arrived one package is not arrived Custamor care said that package still in Singapore but the tracking Number said it’s here on 26th jan at Welshpool but after that again it travel to Singapoor how it happened?? This is all your careless and your customer service is very poor they didn’t response in a good way we pay our package u charge so many $$$ but if we ask about our package or something u guys didn’t response well I never send through package on ur fed ex anymore poor poor customer service

Never completed the process I paid priority mail and never got my documents

Unbelievable slowly for this price! I am shocked!!! I will never use FedEx again and I not recommend this company to anyone.

Employ people who can actually read and deliver to the right house please.

Followed your directions about my delivery which was a dead end. What to have the package delivered another day when I will be home, but you will not honor that. Poor service. By the way I was home today when package was to be delivered but the door bell never rang???

Delivery time was wrong and then didn't show on expected date

First time package delivered no one was home note was left they will try again and signature required. Get home today package left at front door. No one signed for it. Could have been stolen.
