The only Reason I gave one star is because I was not able to leave zero Stars . I have been waiting since Thursday for a package to arrive and every day they say That they are unable to contact me or the business is closed And they put it out for the next day . My son's birthday was the 31st and here we are on the 1st and the helium machine for his birthday party is still not here But it was supposed to be here two days before The man pulled up sat in his truck for 2 minutes And then drove away and said he could not deliver and never attempted to deliver the package I've been waiting For 5 days now I hate FedEx and I get frustrated when I ordered through some place and they use FedEx because even if you pay for next day delivery you never get your package on time

Terribly inept service. Always have had problems and still am. I live on the Blackwater Indian Reservation, FedEx does not se to know how to look up addresses on google maps. UPS can deliver to my door what is your excuse for incompetence FedEx?

I never received my package and I don't have a tracking number never received one or a door tag

Poor delivery, took far too long to arrive, delivery date kept changing...I'm still waiting

My package still haven't been delivered... Delivery date was 01/30/2021... It now 02/01/2021... My receipt gives delivery date as purchased but every time i call they tell me they don't have a delivery date ...

Was told several times on the phone my package was on the truck waiting to be delivered to my vet. I even told them i will pick it up if needed. Package was suppose to be delivered Saturday January 30 at 9:30. I waited at my vet for this package from 9am till 5:30pm only for someone to tell me the package never left the airport after i called several times and they kept telling me my package was on its way. Now there close and they cant do nothing till Monday cause of couse there close sunday as well. This is unacceptable. Vet closed for 1 paid 4 hour to have them wait for this package. Lose alot of money cause product is no longer good from sitting for 3 days and waited a year to do this breeding. This was very unprofessional and unorganized on fedex part.

I think they do a great job getting my packages to me on time and with out damage.

Yo well it was ok but my shoes for the Lakers game didn’t come so I wasn’t that happpy

I don't understand why a package was left at a building with the doors locked on weekends. I did get an email, but by the time I got there the package was gone, if it even was delivered

Thursday Wells Fargo sent me my visa debit card. I was gone 40 minutes. I called and was told it would be delivered on Friday 1/29/21. That was not true then I was told it would be Monday 2/1/21

Pkg sent Wednesday from CA food delivery. Arrived in WA according to company to Wednesday to FedEx and they did not log it until today. Good will be unsafe as over 72 hours in transit now. Have had delivery problems in Dec but have them grace due season no excuses horrible service in our area
