If it let me give less than one star I would. I never receive anything from them on time. Including ruined Xmas, bdays, etc. Still waiting on a package thats clearly stolen

I am still checking my parcel which has been tracked from Cairo to Istanbul, only one and half hour flying for 7 days but not arrived yet. When I check on line I find the parcel still waiting in Paris for many days. Why to Dubai then to Paris then kept there? Something strange

Fed ex smart post is definitely the worst possible way to ship items they had my packages for more then 6 days at the original post in wisconsin it still has not moved they claim because they have an excess of packages THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED I'm still am waiting for my package to be sent out from the place of originination I DO NOT RECOMEND FOR ANYONE TO USE THIS SERVICE IN ORDER TO SEND THIS I HAVE TO RATE BY STARS I FEEL LIKE IT DESERVES 0 STARS

The prior system told me where it is and when it will be delivered. This has a lot of cutesy things, but the most important piece of information is missing - When will it be delivered?

as of right now, i ordered a desk, which is vital to the setup of my room, and it is 2 days late, preventing me from being as productive as I would hope to be in my office space. I have been waiting, and been disappointed by the results of being let down 2 days in a row now.

Terrible service, my package arrived a week ago to El Paso, and I still havent received it.

My package is already sent to Grass Valley according to tracking before and now they're saying that it won't be here till tomorrow when they said it was supposed to be here today by 8 been sitting out in the front gate for two hours because they don't drop the packages off at the house they always leave them by the front gate
