This is the most ridiculous thing I've experienced. Tracking my order is a disaster! Your not updating anything, nor will you tell me when my package should arrive

Need to take lessons from the other guys on how to deliver packages.

My package been in New Jersey since December 2 today is December 8. I live in Baltimore i haven't got it yet i could have walked up there drove in all that time. It doesn't make no since that a big time company like that, there delivery are that bad, maybe they should start looking in to another business.

Package left out on main road for someone to steal.

Not sure why this went to Memphis when it was to come to Canada this is slower than Canada post but 3x the cost.

Shipped from Henderson NV on Nov 01 to Phoenix AZ Dec 01 and still sitting in Phoenix... it’s Dec 8 why hasn’t it moved?!!! Very poor service!!!

We were supposed to receive a package on Friday , 12/04/2020 , in Michigan . It left Charlotte NC on 12/02 . Now it is in Kansas and we have NO CLUE , when we are supposed to get it.

I have been waiting for the parcel which was suppose to be delivered on the 2rd of December. Bad service and l would not recommend it to anyone.

Since last Saturday, Dec. 5th. No updates on web page. First it was to be delivered on Dec. 7th, then moved to the 10th, then 14th, now the 10th. But it has been in the same facility 4 days. Outrageous. Not worth shipping via FedEx. Lousy service. --000000000000 rating

Parcel was picked up in Birmingham on 30th ....Still not been delivered to Harrow 8 days now. Are they walking ??? We are contractors. Couldn't finish the job as we agreed....now we been sued for delayed their business. Who is responsible for my loss here ?
