Have used fedex for years. If I want to be certain my package will be some where on time I use fedex. I trust them. Sent a very important package and it arrived a day early. Traveling from west to east. I loved fedex service

No one can tell me where my order is or an approximate date of delivery.

I been waiting on my package for 7 days and still haven't got it FedEx need a plan. Cov19 been here for months and no plan. Christmas comes the same day every year. This has been a challengingyear I get that. But to keep stringing me along is crazy. You had trucks come next door to house ...still no package Very very poor customer service .

No updates, no info found on my tracking number

I sent a package to Vancouver on Friday morning. I was told today Monday morning that I needed a commercial invoice. I went to 3 fed ex’s and all 3 said I didn’t need the commercial invoice. So a package that was supposed to be delivered tomorrow in Vancouver is still in Edmonton and most likely won’t be delivered until Friday. I’m not happy with the service . I would rate a zero but it won’t let me.

I ordered something a week ago they told me my package would be here December 3rd then December 4th then December 6th and I'm continuing waiting this is very poor service and customer service was very nasty to me

The worst customer service In the entire world. My package is late because I don't have a buzzer. I've spoken to countless people who say they will call me back and then they do not call me back. I am handicap and I can not travel to another city to go pick up my package from the pick up point. I've told every representative I do not have a buzzer and I live ontop of a restaurant. Why do I have to beg a company to deliver a package I paid for! Again someone said they would call me back and surprise surprise she did not call me back.

Had loads of parcels from the states last few months. All delivered within 3 weeks. Where is my parcel? It'll soon be Christmas
