I paid for two day shipping. When I do track my parcel with tracking number it says My parcel is still sitting at their Scarborough facility were it has been for 7 days now.

Fed ex are a terrible company, I wish I used normal postal service, this is the second and the last time I will be using Fedex

Awful service, I was at work both days when delivery was attempted. I have been on website trying to re-deliver item but unable to re-arrange delivery as showing still on delivery van and no contact number left

The worst delivery service....4 days late and still does not arrive

I got my package on time but my item was broken. Not happy especially when it was supposed to be a gift

I want to thank all the FedEx drivers You guys are awesome I've gotten my packages on time If not before the time frame. You guys rock and be safe out there Happy holidays

Absolutely horrible FedEx fails to update current package locations and their customer service is beyond unacceptable package was supposed to arrive on the 4th and after calling them several times they still cannot tell me where it is this is my first and last time dealing with FedEx for delivering packages 0 stars

Got my package got delayed 6 days not got them yet, not good

Parcel was delivered to Fed Ex Oct 23, yet util now, it is not yet delievred

Only tells me package left depot. No 9ther information. Nothing like other couriers.

Very unhappy, package took 2 days to be picked up on the first place, then set idle a couple more days, it's Sunday now, when ordered last Friday said my package would be delivered on Thursday still waiting, would of been on time if it was picked up and not set idle all those days.

Spent $500+ on my order and was supposed to arrive on Dec 3rd and still hasn't shown up. Tracking number says its been sitting in Salem Oregon for 3 days

Everything went very good

Waiting for PKG since 11.11.2020

No updates in three days and supposedly still in the same facility.
