I have been expecting my parcel since Thursday (I need it for a client’s order for Sunday). It never came. When I called Fedex, receptionist doesn’t seem to know how to do her job, she was more confused than I was,. To too it all off, I did not receive parcel on time, client was so madly frustrated of my failure to deliver, lost a client and got a realy bad review. Not good for my small business.

product was ordered on 11/29/20 and I paid extra for two day shipping but the product is still not here. Ive tried calling FedEx but its no use. Never ordering FedEx again.

No wonder so few stars. No human contact by phone. Just untrue internet information. Have tracking number. Unable to determine where package is. Look at Amazon. They let you see where package is. Or check out UPS customer service. Fed Ex is awful.

I was supposed to have a "tracking" number which notified me I would receive pkg at 5:00pm EST December 2nd, did not receive. Checked again the next day and it disappeared from the system. Called direct and they told me it was waiting for alternative shipping method as the weather was bad. It was picked up in Mississauga and shipping to Belleville, only 2hrs away. Not sure how these logistics work.

Don't under stand how FedEx does business with the public when u derrect the peoples packages to show up the way you want it to,my package date was 11/14/20 not 12/03/20. I hope it will b here today...
