I’m tracking a parcel for 7 days now and keeps saying it’s in transit. Not happy since there is no estimated date of arrival at all.

They lied about dropping of my package..said the came to the apartment and no one was there, I've been standing outside for hours, no one from FedEx came!

I had to have had fed ex's worst employee on my road today. As I wait now for 2 days to receive a signed upon delivery package, here comes a fed ex guy. I approach him in his fed ex vehicle smoking a cigar with his music up load. He then tells me I ran up on him and he doesn't trust me, so he then drove around me and kept going. Not to sure what to think about the situation that happend nor this employee. Reasoning why I gave yall 1 star.

Did not receive the package on Tuesday as shown and still have not, Thursday 11:45AaM

Do NOT send anything with FedEx to Zagreb. FedEx deliver to Zg on time but my parcel sitting in some office to get cleared by custom it is more that 20 days now. Payed for shipping almost $90. Terrible customer service by Croatia side.

Fed ex has the worst service ever. The drivers will leave package in areas to be stolen. I have experience several packages stolen because the drivers are so lazy they won't even bring it in the building. I gave instructions to ring my bell and I will come down and get the box and they won't even go that. Management needs to hire people who are sincere and want to work. One driver even signed my name for my package and left it outside. It was stolen. We watch this on the cameras. Sorry service.

A little bit tricky but figured it out

I received a call from FedEx yesterday afternoon saying that my overnight express shipped package will be here before 8 AM. So I let work know I will be a few minutes late. It’s now 9:15 and still nothing... I have to be here to get it because I have to sign for it and it’s living so it can’t sit outside. It’s pretty frustrating when you pay for shipping logistics company a lot of money to ship some thing and then they can’t do what they say they’re going to do. So then you look at the app that they give you for tracking end it shows that it’s in the river in downtown Calgary and has not moved since 3am this morning. I expect better from a multi billion dollar company.

This company took my priority money of $86.41 for a next day delivery knowing that they were back logged and it was not going to arrive for several days. This was going to my father in Ottawa who is alone NO Visitors at all at end of life care. I was very specific with the girl on this arriving the next day or I would have driven that parcel up. It still is sitting in Mississauga from Nov. 30th. I could have chosen Purolator for cheaper for a dec. 1st delivery but FedEx said 5pm rather than 8pm. I am devastated that he is alone and this package was a piece of his family to comfort him. My money was refunded back to me but that doesn't make up for the total neglect of this company not being honest with their costumers.

My package has been on the truck out for delivery for 4 days now.

Couldn't'nt receive the parcel on time...this is the 2nd time happened to me.

The slowest delivery mode ever! Better use sea.

Fedex seems to be the most reliable servise of all

I have been told someone will call me. No one.call me .i call everyday and I get told the same thing out for delivery and then when 5 :00 come. I call back and they say next.day I been told this for 3 days

I have been told 3 whole days that my package was being delivered to me every day it's something different about my delivery after being told for 3 days I will get .Now they.saying investment is being.done. I have a special need child that's.looking forward to this tv they do not know what I am and his nurse us going through that I keep taking off work and lying to him.
