The last 4 deliveries using fedex has had to be chased up. In future I will only use companies that are not contracted to this lot. One star is one too many.

Very slow, no update for a week.

Worst Courier service that I ever heard. No clarity on the shipment progress. Had typo mistakes in my address.

Mixed up order and said it was delivered........

According to my tracking number, it said my package was delivered today at 11:30 am. I work from home and my office has view of street and driveway. No FedEx delivery was made at all today. Please help me understand how it can say delivered??? Did your driver steal my package??? That would be the ONLY explanation?!?!? This is why Amazon is so much better, they send picture that proves it was delivered!!!

I was told my pet food would be delivered by the end of today. My cats are hungry. Where's the food? It is now 6:30 p.m. CST. My tracking number is 933324841964. Thank you!

Package is not delivered as scheduled

I am supposed to receive my birthday present by Nov 21. It is now 2:30pm Dec 2 and I don’t even know where it is!

Very poor - didn't deliver on day stated - still waiting for delivery - still at depot when should be out for delivery

Two or three-day service took five or six days

Not at all happy, waited in all day, no package which according to the track and trace arrived just after lunchtime but couldn't be delivered,

Very pathetic service never recommond to any body to send their good to Pakistan VIA fedex. Disappointing no proper responce 39931444888 always put you on hold

This week following your tracking it said my package was left at my front door. There was no package to be had anywhere. I contacted the shipper and they said to wait 24 hrs to make sure pkg wouldn't be delivered. I contacted fedex and received a case #. 2 days later I get a text they are looking into it. We fortunately for me my pkg was delivered to the Wrong Address 2 blocks away. Luckily the older gentleman who received it walked down to my house and delivered it to me. I suggest your drivers double check package and address before leaving a package on someones porch. Fortunately it was delivered to a caring person. Alot of people would keep it and not give it a second thought.

I 've had increasing problems in FedEx deliveries in the last few years. I live in a rural area & have never been allowed direct contact with the local shipping facility. I've lived here over 30 years & have had packages delivered to unknown unmarked locations, tossed into brush over a neighbor's fence over a mile from my home, which I discovered upon locating the replacement shipment which I'd request they place in waterproof bag. The bag was NOT sealed & hung on the hinge post of a RANCH gate 2 properties away. It had rained & the box was in over 2" water inside the bag. The 1st package was 5-6' from gate post in tall weeds. Cardboard box & contents were soaked after weeks of rain & were. Virtually irretrievably. Contents were pet medications rendered unusable after degradation from water saturation. I've had items recorded as "delivered" to my address but we're ultimately found 12+ miles away at a commercial drop FB location but had not been scanned at thatcremote location so there was no record of its not having Bern delivered at my home. When I was running a home business it was taking so long to communicate with the local FedEx facility I often had shipments returned to the shipper before I could get accurate tracking information!

Extremely disappointed never using this service again. Changed delivery date twice and my parcel is currently in France was due yesterday. DHL is dear but they deliver on time and their service is good.
