The tracking number sent to me by FedEx via text message is apparently not recognized by FedEx! There is no way to contact someone regarding this matter by phone without first giving their automated answering system the TRACKING NUMBER! How can I if you don't recognize it?!

My package was delivered to FedEx 7 days ago and I have not received it yet. Tracking shows it 5 hrs from my home in Memphis. It is now on it's way to Chicago. SERIOUSLY?

I was mystified as to why the mattress, I ordered left Las Vegas NV,went to California, left California went to Arizona, etc when I live in New York. Talk about going around the horn.

FEDEX has the best customer service. They even have live tracking via a S.A.I.D. ( Sense Aware ID ) pod that sends out a beacon every 30 seconds or so for live tracking!

I thought the USPS was slow. FedEx is a lot slower. Package was shipped OVER a week ago and their status is still pending for delivery.

Can never get help the online computer. Just put out unrelated answers and then hangs up the phone leaving unresolved questions The answering computer on the phone never understands and puts out answers unrelated

Very disappointed on Fed Ex...I paid for overnite delivery. Package has not yet been delivered to proper business address. I will never use Fed Ex again. I've been a customer for years, I'm just so tired of all their mistakes.
