I had a $300 pair of glasses delivered to me on November 17th. The driver arrived at 19:53 and left the parcel ON our fence, by the road, approximately 50 yards away from my home. Even though the porch lights were on, vehicles were parked out front, and we were at home. We had no idea that the package was there until a neighbor, out for a walk actually saw it and brought it to us. There is no reasonable excuse for that. Especially since just last night, a FedEx driver brought a delivery to our door, as expected.

They be lying and saying that they attempt to deliver your package and no one was available to receive the package and they never showed up to your building

Take to long to deliver my package

Fed Ex has always delivered my packages on time & most of the time even faster than expected. They're always very professional

If my package arrives before or at 4:00pm I will give 4 stars

Wish you gave a closer approximate time on what time packages will be delivered, especially with required signatures

I pay for my package to arrive in 3 days. It has already been 5 and in customer service they tell me that my package is going to be returned and they can deliver it. terrible service.

They are very unorganized and a lot of people work for them are thieves. Amazon would NEVER. HOW is my package lost in route ans was delivered all at the same time. They aren’t on one accord and my tracking updates are NEVER ACCURATE. Try to be reasonable and an adult and remain calm but the smarties on the phone try me EVERYTIME. I Have been waiting on work equipment for 2 weeks. Still no word ans was relieved of said job because of course I can’t move forward with no equipment fed ex can’t even account for going on 3 weeks. Y’all know how hard it is for everyone right now this is ridiculous

Paid for priority overnight from Saskatoon to Moose Jaw. 2 days later package is in Calgary. What the heck is going on. Week before same thing except you delivered to wrong address
