Horrible service in a week my package only moved one town over and says it's at the FedEx location waiting almost 5 days to ship the shipping service is horrible

Never delivers on time specified and website converts to Dutch language which I do not speak-hello???

I turn on my computer it says package out for delivery at the end of the day it says package the next day the next day come it's the third day FedEx is just horrible

The express service is the slowest service. Dont know how slow the normal service might be. Worst experience. total money waste to send parcel from Fedex.

I sent a package to the philippines 11 days ago paid extra money to have it there in 3 days its now 11 and it says it is in Memphis Tennesee i call them and they blame it on customs . Totally discusted with the service will not use them again . They should have to return some of my money because i did not get the service i paid for.
