My parcel is two day late. Worse shipping company ever

Package says delivered. I have no package and i see no way of contacting courier to resolve problem

Placed an order on Thursday in Indiana received my package on Monday in Arizona this was a free shipping item I was really surprised to get it that fast especially this time of the year great job thank you

Your driver threw my package on the ground in my drive. Don't honk, come up to the house or nothing. Dogs tore the package up. Luckily I saw them before anything was damaged. I would not recommend anyone to ever use your services EVER! Your driver should be fired on the spot. Unacceptable behavior. .

Terrible service!! Very unreliable. Do not deliver when promised. Fire driver!

This is the 3rd unsuccessful delivery. 2nd was today rather than the planned one for tomorrow. The 3rd which was scheduled for today at 19:12 never occurred. Who knows when is the next? Make sure you stick by your scheduled delivery otherwise you make customers wait for nothing. Terrible service!!!

They lost my parcel and it was almost impossible to contact anyone at FedEx to help me. Had to send three emails and got one response. Extremely customer service and not willing to track down my parcel. I will NEVER use them again. No one else loses packages! FedEx has lost three in the past 2 years!!

My products are temperature sensitive and went sent on priority international by air where they get delivered in 3 days normally. It's been 12 days and still no where about. Very disappointed in their services.

They tapped so light on your door you can't even get to the door before they're in their truck. They'll also leave a heavy package right in front of your door and if your door swings out like ours do, you are pushing a heavy package with your door so that you can get it. Also if it's raining they'll leave it out in the rain instead of 12in off the door where it's covered. I can't believe these people are making money to do this. My neighbor has a ramp in front of her door and they leave it at the end of her ramp they don't even bring it to her door. A normal person if they saw a ramp with say hey there must be a handicap person here I should be a nice person carried to the door I'm rap hard enough in case they're older and hard-of-hearing so I can put it inside the door for them that's not FedEx drivers

It says I have two packages arriving on the same day. I have two different tracking numbers but I can't find a who sent them. It should tell you whom FedEx received them from

Don’t deliver items. Just keep them miles away for pickup. Useless

They are nothing like UPS FedEx is terrible and I mean very terrible it makes no sense I can't stand FedEx they don't even get one star with me I hate FedEx

why is the process so long. like i sent my package in 3 days ago and it’s still there....

Shipping and delivery is quite fast but website isn't very user friendly and very difficult to schedule a delivery without jumping through hoops or getting a failed delivery attempt first.
