Well to start off shipping went from one day to the next day the arrival date changed but doesn't make since for theme to ship my package Frome new york to Texas witch makes things more slower seems like they need to make stuff more organized

Fed Ex used to be a wonderful company, they were always on time or early even, sad to say this seems like a habit of being late Now! Should have gotten this Friday and Now Iam even hoping for monday

Australia fedex is to slow compared to other countries it stood in the warehouse for 5 days before moving again. My question is what are they doing having a nap or probably 5 day lunch break

Parcel was supposed arrive last tuesday. No staff is responding. Every day calling them. Emailing them. Till today i have not received my items. Bombay fedex checked and sent the items. Very disappointed with the services 772009739634 and 772009739645

This is the 4th time this year that I’ve had problem with a delivery by Fedex.

Takes longer than any other delivery service. I try not to buy something if I know fedex will be shipping it.

I tried to avoid fedex whenever possible. The tracking, in my experience, is always wrong which , of course, makes it completely useless

Tracking # but no updated report in the system. No delivery was made on the expected date & no updates.

Horrible service useless tracking service my parcel is showing it is still in their Crayford depot since 4th Nov! Useless customer service!

Delivery is terrible. Why ship from Kansa City to St Louis if final destination is near Phoenix AZ?

I ordered some fruit cakes through eBay. Received notice that they were delivered. Called the company twice with no results. Went to the destribution facility where they were last scanned. While there another customer had the same problem. Finally got my package 7 days AFTER they said that they delivered it.

Very bad, non-transperent, deceptive service. It is 2 times more days than estimated. Still in transit. Shame.

Poor, very, very poor. I waited all day for a delivery that I never got. I have a big note on the door that says leave the package. I has my name, address, appointment number & phone number. I hate FedEx, I love U.P.S. always have & always will. Never again will I ordered anything if a company has FedEx to deliver. FedEx SUCK !
