I would rate at zero if I had the option. Again FedEx has delivered my package to the wrong address.

It is said that "the empty can rattles the loudest"and I see HUNDREDS of dissatisfied reviews and so few good ones. Fed Ex is peopled by folks sweating for supper just like the rest of us. I choose to support the PEOPLE AT WORK not just the "Corporation",...Year after year I use multiple delivery services and to be honest I have been frustrated from time yo time but have YET to be Unhappy with these people and their work .

Your service is too slow in India I’m waiting for my document from 6 November they sent and still in India documents to slow progress they said within 3 days your parcel will be in Cyprus

Fed ex delivery guys never deliver the packages where they belong Leave packages in vestibule when anyone can take Plus there is a elevator to help deliver to the proper floor / apartment especially when the box is 40 lbs or greater

I would give less but it won't allow you to submit it without putting something. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on October 23rd it is now November 9th in according to them he still hasn't made it to the US. That is amazingly pathetic I paid you for a service that you told me that you could provide and you did not not for the first time. I have also written over four times now attempting to explain my situation and to get some kind of information and I've received nothing to return. Business partly based on trust if you cannot be trusted dug your own grave.

They always delay my package somehow or send it else where.

On 27/10 FedEx picked up a small parcel in NewJersey. It now 09/11 and my parcel is still not delivered. It might irrelevant to FedEx that I paid over $1500 for the delivery. I have now waited 20 minutes on the phones trying to speak to an person. I want my money back! Worst service I ever come across

Awful customer service and packages are constantly being delivered to wrong address. Avoid them!

Was promised my package by 8:00pm. Going on 9:00,still don't have it.

I ordered a tire from a company that is a over night shipment it was suppose to be here the 3rd of November everyday it shows it's going to be delivered and I still don't have my tire is been sitting in a facility an hour away since the fourth it notified me it was delivered last night nope not there called every day and have gotten the run around was told every day guaranteed delivery the next day I will never use this company again when you contact the people they are not even in fed ex one told us they were working from home which doesn't help us
