Not Happy at all never received my package the driver was to lazy to drop it off. I saw the driver in the deighborhood. It should have been here several days ago. I need to for school reasons.

Very bad customer service because everyone is telling me different things, someone said all your parcels are still abroad, second customer service told me that two of your parcels are here in Australia, the other parcels are still outside Australia. I lost many clients because it took too long. You deserve 0 Review not even 1

Waiting five days for an overnight delivery. Pony Express was faster.

Horrible service, why don't the courier knock on the door. Just leaves merchandise in hallway

With everything going on in the world an here in the states , im greatfull we still have this service. I exspect things to take longer. God Bless and stay safe !

A rogue of a company, collect parcels and never deliver!

FedEx is a terrible company to use,my good never got delivered and between staffs one does not know who is telling the truth because the story or explanation changes each time l call to chase after my parcel.FedEx comes across as very dodgy company with very dodgy staffs.My goods has been tracked as still in their depot and their story keep changing! I will not recommend using them if one can score zero,even that is too much for them!

Sick and tired of paying for a service that is rarely on time . Credits should be handed out!once you give them your package and their fee there’s no more accountability!!

Worst customer service ever! Says my package was delivered, it's nowhere to be found. We were home. Now I can't get a human in customer service to find out where it was actually delivered. I live in the country, so no telling how fast I have to drive and how many doors I need to knock on. This has happened SEVERAL times.

Very bad service but very expensive courier. I was told to send document to Asia it will take 5-6 days but until now it has been almost two weeks my document still not arrive yet!! I paid so much money for nothing.

I am disabled and need packages delivered to my carport door. Shipping label will even say this, and they always throw it out at my front door. Delivery guys are contracted out, so FedEx can't do anything to help. Just be very rude when you complain.

Ordered my product 11 days ago. It was promised by today at the latest but still isn’t here. Don’t understand how it’s taking that long.

WTf it does not show where it is. Was supposed to be at 1000 Kam Hwy.
