We send the stuff for divali purpose till they didn't receive the same.and 14th is the divali celebration. So we r very upset .it should be at Sydney. On 14th morning.

Very unreliable and unprofessional.. consistently disappointing.. Pls do not use them if you have a deadline to meet

After bouncing my package all over the place and even overshooting my state, now their automatic telephone number tells me they passed off my parts to the post office. That was 5 days ago. Still a no show. Now I have no tracking number that's any good and I have no idea what happened to my parts. What a joke!!!

Really bad service . I sent to my mother a document and she didn't receive it yet. Is already a month and the parcel is travelling around the world. Really disappointed

This new driver keep leaving my packages on my garage floor with 3 large dogs. Today, my package was destroyed and shredded all over my driveway when I got home!!

My parcel supposed to delivered on 10th of November but it still in transit in Singapore. They never deliver on time, it happen with me 3rd time and the last time because will never use it again. Hopeless service

I’m waiting on my order from PlayStation to be delivered and y’all have yet to deliver my package I don’t care if y’all say you have till 8 to be delivered any other company would have delivered by 4 pm at the latest even if they have it set to 8 I don’t know why Sony would even bother using fedex I hope after today you guys start to lose business

I witnessed a FedEx truck pull up to the front of my house today go to the back of his truck but didn't never step outside of it and then drove away. I immediately contacted FedEx and told them my package was not delivered and the man didn't even step out of his truck they assured me everything was okay and that my package was still in transit and I would receive it today. Since the truck left my house I've kept my door open with the screen storm door closed and have been sitting in the living room I received a text message from FedEx telling me that another attempt would be made tomorrow and that attempt at 4:10 was made that is absurd I was standing in my living room and have been waiting for this package since yesterday. I rate the company in South bend and Kentucky straight trash. I place my order November 8th and it was scheduled for a 2-day delivery thank you FedEx it's been 4 days going on five

Very bad service my package was not let on my porch. I’ve had bad experience with them the delivery guy never knock on the door I was excited my package to come on November 12 but fed x left it on my porch on November 5 they say. I never received it because the package didn’t require a signature they just left it on the porch they say. Very bad delivery service

I sent out a package that turned out to be fraudulent recipient. I called FedEx and they turned package around so I didn't lose my pants. Thank you thank you will use them always. God Bless

Worthless service and Ruthless staff

I was told yesterday that my package would be delivered by the end of the day. It's in Northboro, MA, and I don't even know where that is. Will I receive my package today ? Poor

A letter sent Friday 11/09/2020 to me has not yet delivered as of this review although delivery was for Tuesday.

Tracking by number is working fine .Because of current covid-19 conditions shipment arrival times seems to of been delayed.Thank FedEx for your continued service,we are in this together.Take Care!

Completely disgusted with FedEx! A document was shipped Monday to be delivered overnight to an attorney's office. Of course with covid, the door is locked and they have instructions to ring the doorbell or call. Instead, the incompetent driver left and marked the package undeliverable. When that status showed on the tracking, she immediately called FedEx who said they would dispatch that driver to return with the package. That was Tuesday afternoon. Now it's Wednesday evening and the package still shows "in transit." So much for overnight, I guess! That document has to get delivered before I can get paid and I am therefore, Furious!
