My package is almost a week late and the email keeps saying they will arrive a day but never does and I still don’t have it.

Package disappeared from your site on 5/5 in Sacramento on handoff to us PS. Never got to us PS where did it go. Was it stolen by your em ployees, I suspect so since I cannot find info in where it has been since then.

Horrible service! No service. No way to find a list package. You force a hangup with absolutely no info provided! Total failure to tell me where my package is! Cannot get a human to answer you saud my package was on its way to us PS in Sacranento.they never got it that was iver a week ago please call me by phone 530 389-2409 or you stole my $230 Package or you three it away or lost it. Where is it? Usps never got it. Where is it??? Please call me.please call me very upset very upset very upset.

My package is a week late getting delivered. I am not giving any rating at this time.

I have no idea what’s happening with this package. It was shipped in the middle of April, no updated status, it then said retuned incomplete shipping info. Had the company ship again, it hasn’t been updated again for over a week, just a tracking number with no info

worst delivery service.my package has sat in 1 location for 5 days and still sitting there. I would not even give them 1 star

FedEx keeps leaving my packages in the mailbox that is away from my house and it had perishable food in it. They even left one of my packages sitting by the mailbox at the street in plain site of everyone that passes by. Who does that

I have been waiting all day to receive this shipment of flowers, that we're a gift...planned on driving to MY MOTHERS HOUSE after...its now 500pm????

We are waiting on a package to be delivered by FedEx today not even 30 minutes ago the Fed ex guy pulls up at our house backs up to our front porch gets out i hear him so as I’m walking to the door I open the front door he’s leaving in his FedEx truck and there’s no package so why in the world did he come to the house and not leave my package makes no sense I wish I knew.

I have been waiting for my parcel fromHong Kong since 22 April 2020. It is still holding in Memphis.

Ok.. so for the 5th time they have left a large package or obviously expensive ( Nike's etc). Out no knock on the door nothing. Several items have been stolen . These driver's clearly don't care if your items are damaged or stolen. Ridiculous..so disappointing.
