Wasn’t happy with the delivery of my parcel, the driver has post it to the wrong address to a shop which they said that there was no address on the parcel I checked with international fedex that they said my address was on the parcel I’m very disappointed with the service I had

Way more reliable than usps

Package never arrived and fedex didn't get back to refund me.

Had medication sent from Dallas to Waco that's a 2 hour drive, it was sent on the October 29th and it is now November 3rd. No one can tell me where it is, I've been asking to speak to a supervisor, I've been told supervisors don't take calls, this is psych meds that cannot be replaced until the end of November. Not 1 single supervisor has spoken to me. At this point the president of fed ex should be involved to get this resolved.

Very bad experience. Still waiting for my parcle. Daily saying today but their today is still pending .Don't know what should I do .how I'll get my parcle. Very stressedful. I 'll hope I'll get my parcle anyhow.Naver recommend to anyone.

2 days ago I got an email that my package was on its way and it’s been at Los Angeles for 4 days straight

FedEx deliveries are reliably unreliable. It seems this company likes to move packages farther away before delivering them. I have yet to receive a package on or before the provided shipping date.

Package missing three days Tracking says "exception"!!!!!

My package moved smoothly across the country " but when it arrived at this location i now have to wait 5 days befor it is shipped that is OUTRAGEOUS BECAUSE MAIL MAY HOLD IMPORTANT PROCEEDINGS ONE MAY NEED DIRELY .. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

They can't find are house or leave the package at the fence even if it is open

they were delivering my package for four days. even though they were only 30 minutes from my house. Terrible service. I hope that the next time I buy something they will not send it to me by this means
