This is the worst shipping you can't get a date of delivery they have changed my delivery date 3 time they do it all the time. They really need to work on this!

Watching as the package moves from state to state it always seems it hangs around a long time in Chicago like " this one has been in Chicago since 1:49 am sat oct 31st more than 24hrs, when package order s state 2 day delivery ? Order ed wed.28th.

Very poor delivery. Info said it was dropped at front door. WRONG! It was left 1 mile away at a fenced in property out by the road. The house where it was dropped sits 1/4 mile off the road. A neighbor saw the box and made contact. In addition my box was not the only package left, another neighbor had there item dropped there also. The delivery driver needs to be trained to respect the deliverys they have and do the job properly.

Very poor service. The parcel from Pune India went to Mumbai, Dubai, Paris, Guangzhou, South Korea when the final destination is Hong Kong and even after 7 days still not reached Hong King.

I shipped a package of books from Trinidad to the U.K. . Leaving Trinidad on Monday morning , delivery was promised for Thursday . On Wednesday night it arrived at Stansted airport , near London . It is now Sunday and the package is apparently still in the airport , " awaiting clearance " . HatDespite numerous attempts to contact FedEx customer service , I can get no information .

FedEx is by FAR one of the slowest and worst delivery Companies that I have consistently and unfortunately had to deal with. My packages never arrive on time, and several of my boxes have been damaged, as if they were just tossed up the stairs. Nothing ever comes when it is supposed to, and if I could choose another method of shipping, I definitely would. I have been patient, and understanding how times are different due to Covid-19, but this is frustrating, and Very inconvenient for me. You all Could and Should do Better.

Order package on 27th of October it was to be delivered two days later I paid extra for shipping it's now October 31st and I still don't have the package can't track it can't reach nobody on the FedEx 1-800 number boycott FedEx

A pkg from Tennessee has bypassed us completely to go the longest route possible. STILL waiting for a pkg we pd extra to get quickly. This company is getting as bad as UPS.

Paid more to get the package quicker. Thought Fedex would be responsible and fulfill their self-imposed time limit. Still haven't received the package, and Fedex employees are not accepting their culpability.
