Showed up in a UNMARKED white van to have a package signed for. If course my daughter is not going to come to the door. Then no attempt to deliver the following day.

Package has been sitting at Bloomington CA depot for a week but delivery date is today for NY. Terrible service and useless notifications.

I'm very upset and displeased. I ordered something a few days ago and I got an email on Friday October-30-2020, stating that my package was delivered successful via FedEx. I had the correct name address and phone number all in the email from them, everything's correct, down to the little invoice/receipt (showing my items I ordered". Problem is, I have NOT received any package via FedEx or anyone else for that matter. I don't know what has happened to my package, I live over a 1/2 a mile off the road, it's a long gravel driveway. I'm in the country-country, like there is absolutely NOTHING at all around. So a "porch pirate" is HIGHLY UNLIKELY! plus I was at home at the stayed delivery date and time.bso I need someone from FedEx to reach out to me, contact me about this situation.

3 packages left at wrong address. Thankful I knew the person so got the packages. Please check address's more closely Thanks

Delivered to similar address but not correct address. Customer service never called me back. Ferrells Branch Road was the address not Ferrells Loop Road. I had to go find my package at someone else's address.

Lost my package. I need it

So happy I choose FedEx. Needed item to arrive before 4. It was promised by 8. They got it at 2:20. Sure made two people very happy. Me and my brother in law.

My package was never delivered. And I'm really upset about it

Horrible, expensive, send a package to Mexico and never got there, and nobody can let me know where is it. So upset

Excellent service tracking is great.

This is one of the worst delivery companies around. The drivers leave packages at the wrong addresses all the time, you can't track a package of mine that should have been delivered already, I have written twice to complain, filled in missing articles forms, spoke to people at fed ex & still no results. Drivers can't read, always run later than they say, don't remember where they leave packages, don't get signatures. This is just the beginning.

Service by FedEx is very good.As a customer I wish the time taken for delivery of parcel is very long when compared to U.S.A.So if FedEx delivers the parcel hassle free from 3 to 4 days the parcel bookings will be more than doubled

Shipped my package across the country instead of to its correct location. Still waiting on it.
