You told me that my packages would be here Monday 26th and here it is wed 29th and there still not arrived !!!!!

Terrible service , west coast order shipped to east coast ,when It could just go north and stay on west coast because destination is west coast ?

Not Happy!! A package goes to Southhaven MS and gets stuck! A package was tracked to this area October 21....no "pending" scheduled delivery even though the seller said October 23 as delivery date. FedEx is giving many sellers a bad rating due to SLOW shipping!!

One star is far too generous!!! I could have walked from London to Paris and delivered the parcel more quickly!!! After 11 days it is still sitting in a FedEx facility in Paris. The parcel could be collected but they do not respond to any communication whatsoever!!!!

My package should have been here 2 days ago. Don't think I will use this moving forward.

My stuff was arrived to your depot it is over a week now . When are you going to deliver ?

Seven days and package still in transit. MASS to PA to NC back to PA. Still no package .

Delivery scheduled for 10 - 27, tracker confirmed. No delivery, home all day. Driver went by with me waving. When I called, they said delivery attempted.??

All other delivery driver find my address but FedEx. I know we're I live.

They can't handle the load of packages they need to hire more people..

Tracking a couple packages and it says they were in Chattanooga sorting facility 9 minutes ago and that they arrived in dalton location and out for delivery 1.5 hours in the future. Are your clocks broken, site isn't on est, or have you figured out time travel already?

I been home all day. But was not able to hear FedEx Knocked on my door. I'm very disappointed because I PAID for this to be delivered today. (DT1057 4409 8667). Please knock harder because I am an senior citizen.

I've had multiple issues w fedex... I've even had packages "delivered" that I've never received n every time I've called to find out what's goin on I've been told every time "our driver says he delivered it and left it on the porch" n I'd tell them I didn't get it, n try get more info on where the driver delivered it thinking he brought it to the wrong address n all they ever say is "he said he delivered it to your address" n never actually do ANYTHING helpful... Most useless shipping company ever. N as of right now, I'm waiting on 1 tire... Ordered 4 that were sent the same exact time, 3 came Saturday n when I track the last one the info is like showing it in the same spot but reupdated as diffrant areas in the sam town.. it's now Tuesday n still says it's in that same area.. like wtf is wrong w these people??? Each one was marked "1 of 4" etc so u would u load 3 out of 4... Dumb..
