What a joke these guys are. They own TNT as well. Take your money upfront and then do as they please with the deliveries. No one calls or texts you to update you on delays. When you ask for a credit when the item is delayed by a week they refer you to their terms and conditions. This is extortion the government needs to get the watchdog onto these courier companies.

My package was shipped on 10/16. It has been in Buffalo Valley, TN since 10/21. No new scans. Can't get any help

They drop package off in ditches because driver scared to go up drive way and can't follow where we drive and thinks he need to stay on path

waiting on a parcel over two weeks. Fed ex gave me a tracking number and apparently they have attempted my delivery numerous times. However, they seem to always forget to update their tracking. So my parcel has been sat in the Poole depot since the 9th October. I dont have a car so I dont drive. I emailed the company of my enquiry and spoke to a sympathetic man who arranged my parcel to be delivered Monday 26th October in the morning it is now 4pm and still waiting.

I hate when I have a package delivered by FedEx its the only delivery service I have problem with getting my packages

Worst international service ever... I didn't get my parcel yet.. Called helpline 4 times... They can't track it... Representative told me that parcel would come today and no one knows where did it go... Never believe fedex service.

I don't know how things that are shipped through USPS through normal shipping is always faster arriving than FedEx. FedEx has always been the slowest way to get anything sent to you. Just goes to show you what kind of customer service they have and why their customer satisfaction ratings overall are so low.
