My 2nd review. Due to the incompetence of Fedex, my earlier review was scathing enough. So I thought I would phone Fedex direct the minimum charge is £6. Yes you read that right the thieving bosses at Fedex not only lose your parcel they rob you blind to even put matters to right. Adrian.

Card was posted through my letter box stating item was delivered 4 days earlier, no date on the FedEx (sorry we missed you card) So I’ve no idea if parcel was delivered or not. I can’t phone and because card is not dated by driver nor has he given any indication as to the whereabouts of same I have ended up with a lost parcel. Lousy service all round , all is forgiven DPD. The tracking status is either 1 to 2 days outdated, or wrong in nature. A terrible system.

Delivered to WRONG lake! They had correct address. Called toll free #,held for over 1 hour for rep to tell me I had to call different # and file a claim. (Even though the had my correct address and dropped it at the wrong lake)

Worst and awfull service. The fedex truck was able to come inside my community and missed giving my package twice. I was home both times waiting for the package. And now they tell i cannot pick it up as coz of some hold. Not at all customer friendly. Hate there service.
