My item was supposed to be delivered on Monday and it’s been 8 days since it was shipped and I still don’t have it and tracking number shows me the same thing five days

Had a package sent to me last Thursday, they said it would arrive on Monday before 8pm, it arrived Monday at 523pm, the driver was courteous and polite

Tracking # 397418538928 was delivered on 10/03/2020 to my Apartment but I did not get it. I found out yesterday that there are Cameras on every floor. Camera showed on 10/03/2020 delivery person dropped it off at door, he did not ring bell or knock on door. A few moments later camera caught him picking up my package and he went away with it. This is terrible, a person in a position if trust stealing a package he was suppose to deliver. I hope someone will help me with this situation, this is terrible.
