Haven't had a delivery arrive as they said it would intially yet.

Terrible app, terrible service, waited all day for parcel not to show up

Never has a issue until I got a call from fedex manager saying my envelope was left on her desk.said my form was filled out wrong! We have FedEx account so.....now my pay is gona be bout week behind!

They don't follow delivery instructions. I live in a neighborhood where it's not safe to leave packages by the front door,and they are constantly delivering them to the front. Not very happy.

My package stated it was delivered on Sunday. I never received my package. I called FedEx and the gentleman that I spoke with stated that the driver himself would call me because I never received the package. I waited for the call and never received it. On Monday some guy found me on Facebook and stated he received my package on his door step. This guy delivered my package. No clue where he lived or how in the world he got my package. I called FedEx today because I never received the call back and the lady I talked with told me that drivers are not allowed to contact the customer. So I waited for nothing. She told me I would have to contact the sender because there wasn't anything they could do on there end. Its sad they can't do anything when it was there fault for not delivering it to the right house. Thank God for the nice man that found me on Facebook. I would have never got my package!

I’ve been trying to talk to someone and I only get a recording. Get a package from China. It has the correct address on it but the wrong zip code. Where will it go? To the address provided or to the zip code?

My FedEx should have arrived yesterday. Tracking tells me that it has been stuck in Sun Valley, Ca for 2 days without moving!
