Always delivered timely and carefully.

Sorriest company I have ever dealt with. A package has not moved in 4 says. Talked to a rep and he was very rude cannot find out why package is not moving Will never use fedex again

Between March and September of 2020, dozens of FedEx packages were delivered late...probably 98%. Most were one to two days late but some longer. Clearly, the pandemic hit FedEx harder than all the other delivery services in my area.

Worst service I have ever had. I have two packages that have been sitting in Ellenwood, Ga. since Oct. 2. I spoke with CS last week. He texted a message to Ellenwood last Wed. Reporting case. Still have not received.

My package was lost over a week ago and no one contacted me or the seller to let us know. I could have already had it replaced if they did there job!

Trying to track my package, but not showing where it is. Was sent over night last Thursday or Friday. Disappointed.

Seemed like every time I get a package the package is all messed up sides that they're thrown on my front porch

Really bad delivery service. Was an electronic device. Was delivered to wrong address twice. Left in a deluge of a rain storm. When they finally delivered to correct address 2 weeks later I told them to return it. They took it back and left it on my porch 3 days later. I had already been refunded by the shipper, and had to send package back via another shipping method. Absolutely redicoulous.

My package has been in Indianapolis since Wednesday 6:38 a.m. that's only an hour from my house. It's now Sunday evening with no delivery date. Hence the 1 star.

I like the Fed ex in Homewood zaikiya was very helpful will continue to do more business in the future
