Thank you for the great service!!!!!

This is the third package that says has been delivered to my house and I haven't received any of them...

Horrible service in Southeast Asia... if I could give zero star, I would. 3 months ago I sent the package from Thailand to Cambodia it still hasn't showed up and they were never able to track. Customer service totally unacceptable. I recently paid for Express letter service Cambodia to USA. After 6 days, the document is stuck in in Singapore with no explanation. I have now switched to DHL - their service and reliability is 100 times better.

No guessing or waiting on deliveries. Fast service with ease.

I received an email stating that my package was delivered today around 2 p.m. today is October 16th it's a Saturday. I was home by 5 p.m. no package was to be found. And it appears that nobody can tell me anything about where the package is. Either phone FedEx or the store that I bought it from. That is pitiful beyond words. I could see if it was sitting out there overnight and maybe was stolen. But this is not the case so in a 3-hour window my package magically disappeared into the ethers and there's nothing that can be done about it. Why can't you guys find out who the driver was and find out what happened? This is unacceptable. I would like to rate zero Stars however that is not even an option.

I am upset! I order from Chewy several times a month. They for the most part deliver the packages to my door. I have had them place them in my drive way behind my car. I have gone to your website to manage my package and have placed instructions to place at my door. Yesterday they delivered a package to my door. Today the heavy packages are placed in the driveway. I have to struggle to bring up to the house. I am very upset. I don't understand why they can not do their job. I'm sorry the packages are heavy but I know they are 40 years younger than me. So I'm leave to deal with that.

It was easy too use and to when my packages are going to be delievered

Orders NEVER arrive as scheduled. Items sit in their facilities for very extended periods of time. Tracking service is terrible. UPS is much more dependable and arrives either as s heduled or ahead of time. I will refrain from using FedEx in the future!!!

My package hasn't moved in weeks

I ordered atv tires. Delivered on time but driver left them in between the porch and the street. Yes there is a trailer parked in my yard do to construction but the porch would been nicer trailer is not always going to be there

Was no pleased with how I was treated.package promise by end of today, they lied. They do not know when i will get it. Never use fedx again.

I mailEd a FedEx this morning at 10:00 am and tonight at 7:24 pm the tracking shows it has not left that location. What??

They have held one of my packages in Indianapolis for 3 days delivered the other 2, 2 days ago. WTF

it is to difficult to ever get my package from fedex.

I received info saying my pkg was on a truck (in Homestead, Fl) this morning to be delivered; now info is saying it's in UT. Unbelievable!! Poor service!
