Medicines picked from Delhi for mother has not been delivered till date despite providing them the details like mfg id etc. The reps don't know anything the guys who pickup packages do not know what documents to ask for and the customer is made to pay for incompetence.

The order said it will be here on the 15th by the end of the day but on the map the fedex truck is in another state and it’s the 15th
