My parcel has been at Kidderminster for 5 days , yet to be delivered to Shrewsbury, 30 miles away

I paid for 2 day shipping on a part I needed for my truck on a Saturday and was supposed to be delivered on today Wednesday. It says it will possibly be delivered on Thursday. If you cant deliver on time then I should receive a refund . It's bad business for a customer to pay for something then not receive the service they spent money for.

Absolute worst delivery service of all available options. When they miss-deliver your package, they will deny it. Worst customer service I can remember. We canceled a $500 sale with the seller and got our money back. Don't know if the seller ever got their product back.

Very poor delivery service. My package was delivered a day later than I was originally told me and they did not text me on my cell phone when they did deliver it as they told me they would.

My package sits for 4 days without moving and goes for a senseless trip across the continent. They had it within a few hundred miles on the west coast then sent it back to the east. I dont understand.

Fast but did not get my package. It was delivered to a house 4 miles away. If it weren't for the honest people in my area I would not have known what happened to this package. If anybody from FedEx cares and wants to know where it was delivered I will give this info to them. Not very happy with Fedex!

Customs/tax fees were ridiculous. Sure felt like I was taken advantage of being from the states. Overpaid. Altogether spent almost $700 USD to ship, clear customs and deliver. Will never use again.

My order shows to have been shipped on 10-12-20 via Fed Ex. Your company says they have no record. Try fixing something to make it actually work

What an unprofessional shower of clowns. Can't deliver on time, can't update a delivery. AVOID THESE CLOWNS

Pkg delivered to garage because front door too far a walk. Poor baby.
