Lazy, don't care about security or safety of package, won't take to front door especially if further walk than garage.

Missing boxes , called 3times and still no one got back to me as promised and had customer come in when promised by fed ex will be here monday. Lost that customer whom spends $k with me. Customer call back relations very poor. No one still called me . Thanks.

Absolutely perfect delivery timing. Easily found my difficult adress without problums.

On October 13th my order was stolen by a Fed Ex driver Helper. I heard the my door bell ring, I opened the door and he ran back to the truck and the truck took off. My order number was 912774992196 and when tried to track my order, it said it was already delivered

The service very poor.

dont pay extra for faster shipping, it arrives late anyways

Parcel has taken nearly a week and still not arrived on my birthday

I used FedEx for the 1st time but will never use it again!! My parcel has been shipped on the 1st of October and it is still in the same location until now. I would have rated 0 if an option! Absolute mess and unprofessional service! They don't know what they are doing in don't care!! Horribly shambles!!

Lost my package noone knows where it is and it says it was "delivered" NOT RECOMMENDED

Lmao these reviews just show they will hire any one for any thing your package could have got lost because they hired a 11yr old as a fork lift operator with no knowledge of how to use it

I gave 1 star because every Time I need FedEx to pick up a package they never show up and sometimes they don't even drop off my package because they said nobody's home but in fact I'm always home they just don't ring the doorbell or knock on the window like it says in the notes for the drivers

Terrible service. Needed my package there in two days. It was shipped from CT to AL but went all the way to TX and then shipped back to AL.
