This is the second time they can’t find me or be bothered. I rate a company as how they deal with problems

tracking my package it says it's been in route since since July 6th what do they do drive around Portland for days and days before they deliver

FedEx has had my package for 18 days going from Va to Tn. Lost it in their warehouse for 8 days. Since finding I my package it has gone from Chesapeak, Virginia, to North Carolina, to Bloomfield, California And the Oceanside California! In the amount of time Fed ex has had my package, I could’ve driven to Tennessee, spent a week with my granddaughters, And driven back to Virginia Beach Virginia! How are multi billion dollar corporation, can lose the package in its own warehouse in Virginia Beach, and reroute it to two different stations in California is beyond inefficient exclamation. I would’ve rated the slower than one star but I couldn’t get it to go down to a half star. I will never use FedEx again, nor will I recommend FedEx to anybody. FedEx don't seam to have any way of finding shipments that thay have had for 8 days now.

Since monday I missed my item because they came to deliver by 7.30 which I have for work no cal no text prior to them coming. The annoying part I haven't get my goods 500pound wat. Please kindly bring my parcel. Worst company don't use them. Tracking kept showing is in burnwood

Only come up driveway half way and put my package out in driveway .Should have come up all the way.l bring a 26ft camper up that driveway No Probem.Sectond time my packages has been dump out .i See why FedEx has a low rating don't you.

I would put 0 if that was an option. I ordered 2 packages from California on Oct 1st. The one that was shipped USPS arrived 5 days ago. The one from FedEx sat in their facility for 3 days then in Chicago another couple days and still showing in transit. Was supposed to be here on Thurs the 8th. I could have drove to Cali and back with it myself before now. Yall still using Pony Exspress or what

We did receive or credit card in a timely manner. Our ins. company screwed up on their end. We've always had good service from FedEx.

Service is very slow and costly.not accepted.

My package has crossed the U.S. four times and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back, by over two weeks. They'd be better not giving you tracking numbers.

My courier was sent,but after 10days I discovered that it had been sent to a different country. Customer services admitted to this mistake and they repeatedly informed me that someone will contact me regarding the situation. However, no one contacted me and customer service was unhelpful and did not care and they thought this was unimportant because I sent it via FedEx and not Canada post. Till now I'm still waiting.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i have never had a driver NOT throw my package at my door step... my packages are constantly delayed and never here on time either.
