I like to know what they use for shipping. Always it takes more than 2 week inside USA why? Are they still use horses!! Or what!! Please make it faster.

17 days to ship from east coast to west coast, AND I had to drive to a different state to pick up my packages

I love the updated tracking!!!!

Tracking was very easy.

Driver said “No one home and did not deliver. “ I never Left my property all day. I may have been in the backyard running the lawn mower. He/she didn’t try or was at the WRONG address. I can not find a way to contact FedEx to obtain an approximate delivery time. BTW “all day” is not an Approximate time.

don't ever believe when they tell your package will be on a certain date cuz they never uphold it six packages six times none of them come on the date that they said they would be there. Always two days late or more have waited up to 21 days to get a package.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Shocking customer service!!!

Never had a problem send alot of stuff

I don,t know who to blame: USPS or Federal Express for a shipment out of Michigan to PR will take a month. Not only that, but it arrived missing half the merchandise. The package was broken and resealed with clear tape. I hope that for the next time I will receive the shipment as per offered and all of it.

Why do I have to put my tracking number in every time I want to check on my package. Can't you save it.

Worst service! Shipped my package from Oregon to New Mexico just to send it rite back saying it can't be delivered when they never tried to!

Packages do not get delivered keep calling no one can give answers or can't find package everyone at FedEx are very rude if you want your packages do not use fedex

3 days late with delivery, no explanation, waste of time.
