FexEx. Horrible, horrible, horrible! On every level.

Worst customer service..not responding

Fedex is horrible! I ordered something from California and I live in Washington it's been over a month and I still haven't received it! This is ridiculous! Then it gave me a scheduled day for delivery but that day came and went and now when I track it it says delivery pending! This is the worst service I've ever experienced and I will never go through fedex agian?

Brought my package late

3 weeks now to deliver a very important document from Chile to Miami...and wait and wait and my letter sits in the zofice of FedEx in Kissimee.

Dont use This FedEx ..is just waist ot time and money.

There drivers are very friendly and helpful and nice and also they make sure that you receive your packages

I did send package to India but by there fault they send it as merchant package now custom asking for my commercial invoice and POA (power of attorney) . I asked them regarding this they said , can’t do anything.its horrible I paid 285$ for this but still looking for my package . Customer service is fast but employees over there they don’t have any experience how to talk to a customer

Package mailed from Suwanee ga to Ball Ground Tuesday 5 days ago. Only 30 miles approx. Its Sunday still waiting!

My package with my pudding has been shipped with FEDEX for 4th September 2020 was told I would get my package on Wednesday 9- 10th Thursday until now still have not yet received my package from the 11th it's been showing my package in Stansted and it stuck not moving . FEDEX COMPANY where is my package? I need my pudding .

Feds driver drove by my house eight times starting at 12.50 P.M. Delivery still has not taken place at 2.50 P.M.

Fed ex lost a package of ours 5 months ago. Talked to many employees. They say will get back to you. They never do. I just sent flowers to watch state. To be delivered 9/11. They weren't. if I had known they used fed ex I would have went with someone else. Very disappointed with fed ex

App said package had already been delivered on the 13th, but it was still the 12th. Map didn't show the package coming anywhere near the house even though the app said it had been delivered. Somehow, "two day shipping" is turning into 3 or 4 day shipping. (Or whatever it turns out to be)

Horrible experience. Paid almost $75 USD to receive very important documents. Spent an entire day trying to track the package. This is now almost 7PM. Have not received it yet. The purpose for the all the rushing is now in vain.
