Always late. Every time. I'd rate 0 stars if possible

Got to my home in Aus promptly from Greece during the epidemic. Faster than a competitor who picked up a parcel from a vendor in America 5 days earlier, where still is 17 days later.

You deliver my 2 packages to the wrong house on the wrong street and both packages were left in the rain for two days. Thanks a lot.

Customer service support was not available after business hours and weekly holidays This service should be 24/7

Tracking system is very poor.need to come up to be at par with other delivery services that gives you information on the go about your package

Parcel ordered in July and has still not arrived. Can't contact any one or locate it.

Be safe and ship them packages

Was told to be home for delivery, had to sign , no show, home all day. Good service heh

I feel much more safe and confident I will receive my package with Fedex than UPS , I’ve received my package sooner than what I thought and without stress ,all companies should ship with Fedex much more professional

Excellent service. Received delivery 4 hours earlier than the expected time. I have tried most of the rest but I think FedEx is definitely the best.

Horrible service. You lost our package and cause us a huge damage. 6 packages arrived and the seventh was lost in Memphis TN. Wait for lawsuit. Tracking number 771386876469. Never again FedEx.

This does not update regularly. When you call the 800 phone number, the machine barely gives you enough time to tell it your uber long tracking number. Some of the information is contradictory on this site.
