It took over a week to deliver a birthday gift from Maryland to San Diego, days after his birthday. Very disappointing.

I give FedEx a 0 rating. My package was scheduled for delivery on Thursday 9/3/2020 but was not delivered until Sunday 9/6/2020 and was left on doorstep. We never saw anyone drive up or knock on door,very poor service.

Package was damaged and being sent back to sender but I was NEVER notified. Still sitting here waiting.... Had to call to find this out.

Nothing comes when it is scheduled to be delivered. Ever.....

Was told would get parcel via text Friday 4th, nothing, then was told Saturday 5th 6pm, nothing, still waiting for the parcel, very bad service, no apology nothing, not even a text to ssy when I'll get it, wife's birthday present Sunday 6th

Satisfied with FedEx delivery service however, there should be a way to track packages location on the delivery route, especially for critical deliveries.

been trying for hours to confirm that my package either will or will not be delivered today,,so I can plan the day accordingly

I have been waiting on a package since June was supposed to be delivered September 4th and nobody delivered it as of today was said that they attempted to deliver it while I have been sitting by my door since 7 in the morning and nobody has attempted to deliver my package and all that customer service said was they can try and make sure that it doesn't happen again it is very well put together and the company doesn't seem to know what's going on within itself

Orders always delivered to different other houses on my road I then have to go looking for orders
