Worst experience don’t email me can get an update never again

Received my parcel very fast

I support our U S post office. As much as possible. I use FedEx for everything else.

Got a email from fedex saying package was supposed to be here Sunday and now Tuesday and still no delivery

For me to see my tracking...helps me out a lot...thanks for everything

They take too long to deliver items I was supposed to get my shoes by the end of the week not the end of the month. Truly ridiculous. I need for these people to take their jobs more seriously especially since they're lucky enough to still have one especially with these ratings.

FedEx does not provide automated periodic updates via messenger.

Still not delivered 2 weeks past guaranteed delivery date....what POS service

Very poor service - will specify not to use again

tracking system is useless parcel is already weeks overdue and today I get a message saying it will be delivered before 6pm only to check the tracking system for it to show that its in complete due to address which weirdly has never changed from when I placed my order in June!!
