A day late with my package

Been notified for 3 days that my delivery was scheduled and needed a signature. NO SHOW..Sat home 3 days. No human to speak to. HORRIBLE SERVICE..

Can't track package with nber I was given. Can't get help with or answers from customer service.

FedEx is a joke. They are incompetent. Mailed a package to St Louis on Wed and paid for 2day shipping. Today is Sat and the have not delivered it yet. It sat in a substation in Illinois since thur. They really do not know where it is. So very dissapointed. I have talked to supervisors for 3 days to no avail Do not use FedEx. They lie and coverup their errors and there is nothing the customer can do. I needed this package to get to St Louis for a funeral on Monday. Feeling helpless in Minnesota.

Fedex updated me saying that my package will arrive today but its past the given time and it still hasn’t arrived

My tracking no says parcel delivered yesterday. But I haven’t received it yet .
