If I know a store is shipping FedEx I use another store.

Package said it was out for delivery everyday for a week! Never was delivered.

Don't ever rely on these to do a decent job. Everything is "that will do"

Haven't received my bed base yet and its been two weeks.

Package never delivered to USPS but FedEx blames USPS. Cannot get in touch with a real person. Terrible service

I never get my package when I'm told I would get it it has been 3 days now and I should have have my package on the 17th

Well my package originally said it was supposed to be deliver on friday 14 then the arriving date change to monday 17 then it change to Tuesday 18 and now it change to Wednesday 19 and the tracking number on your web page shows that my package its not even in my town yet so I dont think its gonna be deliver tomorrow either and what makes me more upset is that in the ebay web page it shows that it was deliver already so I'm upset with the lame service given by FedEx

I was emailed that my delivery date was suppose to be Aug 18 by end of day it's now 9:45pm no package no email. I sat all day waiting this is bad business I will never use FedEx or recommend never !!!!!!you don't deserve a rating

Paid over 200 said would be there by 16 now it’s 8:47 on the 17 still not there. Called talk w someone I could not understand and would be there today by 6. Nope.

They told me that my package arrived at its destination yesterday Monday at the end of the day, it is already 4:00 pm on Tuesday and the package has not yet reached the recipient.

Luke went the extra mile delivering 12 large boxes today ( they were heavy.) He even ran to and from the truck!

My parcel, a keyboard which is very heavy was not delivered at my door rather it was left at the stairs. How am I suppose to take it to 2nd floor where I live.
