My package was sent on August 13 still no delivery. Was supposed to be delivered on August 15. Hire the right people and get these problems fixed

I think FedEx is doing a fabulous job of getting my packages to me. if they are switched over to the mail system that is where the slowdown comes, but even the USPS is doing okay. We are not in normal times and cannot expect the same periods of time for are packages and mail to arrive.

Absolutely awful. You're given a tracking number but yet it can't be tracked. Nobody can't seem to tell me where my packages are

The worse compamy . I will never go with FedEx again.Your parcel goes around the world first be fore it gets to you.No commutation with FedEx. No one seems to know anything about your delivery. Go with DHL ...

Horrible delivery schedule.

Package is supposed to show up. It never does for 10 days. The driver sped down the street and did not stop.

Try texting !! Who leaves voicemail its 2020 !! Call me and just start saying the confirmation code im not ready to take then thats it and hangs up ! Terrible service

They have lost my package and are not cooperating to try and resolve the situation, I believe they just hung up on me.

I've nothing but problems from fedex in receiving my package when i was told it would be delivered. The driver makes no attempt in delivering but states there was an attempt made. I refuse to use this service either to ship or have anything shipped using this service. What happened to doing your job to the best of your ability? Today is the second day ive had to rearrange my schedule in hopes to having it delivered by 8pm. Im just fed up with the driver to the staff who seem to believe there is not a problem. I wouldn't give fedex any stars because that's where my package is. Somewhere in the stars

I was texted the time of 10:30am for an expedited delivery, twice. It's after 2:00pm and I feel I'm at Mercy of FedEx holding me up for hours. I will notify sender that this form service is not working for me.
