Much as I like Walmart I am switching to 2 Amazon because the FedEx delivery boys don't deliver. They refused to call as instructed to get in my secure apartment and then they say they can't get in. I have called and complained about this many times and it still keeps happening. I've had it I would give it a zero if there was one

8 days to deliver 150 miles? Really?

Not only is my package not giving me details on where its at or when it should be here, it is 2 days late and has severly inconvenienced my income. Worst delivery service in the world.

The telephones are switched off. No service desk available. Parcel sent from Palatine, IL USA on 29th june. As of today it is not delivered. Most irresponsible and reckless service. The parcel contains medicines for a heart patient. No courtesy or or consideration or decency at all.

I instructed FedEx to call when they arrived at my apartment as insecure and there's no way anyone can get in without calling me. They didn't call me they returned it to the warehouse where it's at 4 I don't know a week and finally they sent it back to the insurance company. It was a cell phone. Now I'm out the phone and I'm going to be charged because I didn't return my old phone and all of this because FedEx just did not call me when they arrived at the apartment. This is so unacceptable the tracking number is 176-0463 20374. Right now I'm tracking it and I have absolutely no idea where this return is at the moment. If someone could call me that would be wonderful. Martha

My package was shipped on June 9th still have not gotten or have not received a refund been 2 months

This site is only showing in transit but want give me any details about where it left from or where it's going

I would rate it a BIG FAT 0 but I wasn't given that option! They have had my package for 2 weeks and have no plans for delivering it...WTF

This doesn't tell me when my shipment is due to arrive, only where it is....I want to know transit time

Outrageous on this package. It was nearly here on Sunday and now Tuesday it is further away and I suspect may never arrive.

I was at home !!!!!! The guy never ring and didn't have my package in his hand. Fedex are the worst. Now i have To pick my package by myself and i paid for a 3 days delivery

My order came to the Kennesaw FedEx location on Saturday morning my package is going to Canton Georgia 10 miles away and still hasn't even come close to getting there yet what is going on this is totally unacceptable
