Can't get a definite day for my delivery. Home depot told me it would. Be delivered on 8/10, but it wasn't.

Worst company I have ever dealt with try to ring and phones are always off or your just left on hold with no answer package 3 weeks late worst customer service I’ve ever seen absolutely useless will never use fedex again

I had 2 packages delivered to wrong nmbr and wrong street, luckily it was a neighbor of a friend who brought us the packages, horrible to charge for this kind of service

I had two packages lost in a row mind you one went to wrong apt my other package driver claims he left it at front door, me and wife were home the whole time, I called FedEx to file complaint manager or whoever I spoke to sounded good at first said he would open a case, well for some unknown reason case was closed on me with no response what kind of company would do that had to go thru alot of B. S. Just to get my refund back (and to think I really wanted that printer that I pay for no more FedEx more like fedup

They ALWAYS go above & beyond for my difficult deliveries. Thank you fedex !

I have an order that has been sitting at Kennesaw FedEx location bored 3 days I understand maybe y'all don't send stuff out on the weekends but Monday rolled around and it's still sitting there I am not happy about it at all I already waited for 13 days for my order to ship out from where I got it now you guys are prolonging it way longer and I'm not happy

Just wish they would update a little bit more where the package is thank you for your service

Never delivere my package to my house always to my neighbor and vice versa for her! Told them many times but they can't seem to understand. Very unhappy with thier service !

It was delivered on the day stated..a little slow from the originated starting point. But I'm satisfied.

The worst, I received a text that my package was going to be at 11:20 am, I was waiting and the driver didn’t appear. Not even enough he did it 3 times. I called the office more than 20 min waiting.still today I don’t know where is the package
