My shipment was ordered on 21 jul, packed and shipped on 25 Jul, and Fedex shipped it to me in kerala on 30 Jul, it was expected in 6 days. No news of it. Tracking didnt help. Poor service.

Unprofessional service in Canada . They can't find my package with tracking number and all the representative from telephone contact are all liar and they can't find my package with my tracking number for two weeks already .

You can't even properly track a package. On Monday afternoon at 5 I try to track package and it said it was in transit on Saturday. Wow some tracking system

Customer service really doesn't want to help the customer on the phone and does all they can to satisfy you with a non answer to get you blown off asap. Service has always been good until you have a problem that's when you can't get any help. Thanks a lot FedEx. I gave up on my last delivery.

I have had the worst experience with a package I was to receive last month. Each day I got a notice saying my package is on the truck and will be delivered either by end of day another day it would say. The package will be delivered the next day. That went on for about a week. I got the run around from FedEx. Finally I spoke to someone who was not helpful at all. I asked about my package since it was a the place I called. She did not offer to check when my package would be delivered. All she said was my package would be delivered by end of month. Since I had been trying for over a week to get an answer and then been told I would receive it by the end of the month. That means another week or so. I then returned the package. I informed the company that I purchased the item from I returned it. Their records showed I received the item. What is the problem? I know with the COVID-19 it is hard but that’s no excuse for the treatment I got. If I had gotten that answer the first time I called or the person I spoke to last was the least bit nice and understanding I would have understood and waited for the item. I thought FedEx was a great company but now I will think twice about ordering anything that comes by way of FedEx.

Package was suppose to arrive last Thursday and has been in the same FedEx location for the past week. No idea where its at! Seller stated they are behind on scanning labels. No update from the tracer claim and no update on where my shipment is. Very frustrating!
