I would leave no stars if I could.worst customer service!

I am trying to resolve a situation and every time I call they cut my call every moment what happens is the service worse. Where will the bad service come from.

They had arrived in my city over 24 hours ago and I still have not gotten my package

I really do not understand the bad service of customer service they do not solve anything for you just what to expect the good or the bad they do not give you any answers all static answers without any type of concern about the situation they do not put themselves in the customer's shoes They having the responsibility and the ineffectiveness do not give the extra mile neither the employees nor the supervisors. Ana one of the supervisors without any commitment to the work that must be done without identifying with the client, all mechanics and very insensitive to the situation of a Client, I asked her to help me, I begged her and she very mechanically repeated her script of the supposed service she provides. FedEx I do not know if it stayed on the road that has not progressed in which customer service is more personalized and that it must be offered with the interest of helping with personalism with passion and responsibility.

We understand the problems. All the more reason to keep us informed of delivery. 2 days overdue. Still no notification

Said my packets would be a Sunday End of the day Sunday end of day bad news and says it's on transit bad communication

I was told my package would be here on friday, two days after i ordered it, now it is monday and i am still being told it will be later.

Letter was supposed to be over nighted the 31st. Here it is the 3rd and still not received

Drivers do not obey posted speed limits on private roads. They drive way too fast and are going to hurt somebody!

I put in this order on 7-22-2020. Today is 8-3-2020. I was told I would receive my package by 7-24-2020.

I would give fedex zero stars. Waited in 2 days, didnt arrive. Arranged to pick up from depot in Chorley after an hours drive i was told it wasn't there and told lies about where it was. Im not sat in waiting again, another day of my holidays wasted. Im not convinced it will arrive today either. Company has an inability to deliver a parcel or give it to a customer who's drove to the depot.

Worst experience, I want to investigate package which is declared lost by fedex
